My name is Vaughan Rivett and I am your friend.
I am neurologically diverse. As an adult I was diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.
I am dedicated to creating a warm and supportive work environment for individuals with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), where they can be part of a greater vision and strategy and thrive as leaders.
I understand the significance of self-leadership and leading others, and acknowledge the unique challenges that individuals with ADHD face in these roles.
Our challenges may include difficulties with focus, time management, organization, task completion, impulsivity, hyperactivity, memorization, boredom, and building relationships.
I tailor my coaching, speaking, and training services, by walking alongside individuals with ADHD to succeed regardless of these challenges and develop into successful leaders who inspire others to fulfill their potential.
