About Vaughan Rivett

Vaughan Rivett on Stage

Driven by excellence

As I sit here reflecting on my journey, I am filled with a sense of gratitude for the opportunities and growth that have come my way. My name is Vaughan Rivett, and I am a Speaker, Coach, and Trainer with experience in the fields of Utilities, Technology, and Not for Profit.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with some incredible organizations, including IBM, The Salvation Army, World Vision, Certus Solutions, and Toyota.

These experiences have not only honed my skills but have also allowed me to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others. My greatest strengths include my ability to listen, communicate, and facilitate growth.

I have always been a lifelong learner, constantly seeking out new opportunities for professional and personal development. It is through this continuous growth that I have been able to help my coaching clients significantly increase their salary, guiding them towards their full potential.

But perhaps one of the most significant discoveries in my journey has been realising my superpower: Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Rather than seeing it as a hindrance, I have learned to embrace it as a unique strength that sets me apart. My ability to think outside the box, focus on multiple tasks at once, and approach challenges from different perspectives has been instrumental in my success.

When I'm not working, you can often find me indulging in my personal interests, such as writing, fishing, cycling, and spending time with people. These activities not only bring me joy but also help me recharge and refocus, allowing me to bring my best self to my work.

As I look towards the future, I am excited to continue my journey of growth and potential, both for myself and those I have the privilege of working with. I believe that there is always room for improvement and that with the right mindset and support, anything is possible. I am grateful for the opportunities that have come my way and look forward to what the future holds.
